Q. What is a Dashboard?
A. These are your marketing reports and they can contain multiple integrations, sources, KPIs, and metrics. Users usually create a dashboard per client or if it's for internal use users create a dashboard per channel, for example combining your paid performance from various integrations, creating an aggregated view of all your social media channels, etc in different dashboards. Q. Do you offer a demo?
A. Since we have customers all over the globe, we have a recorded demo that is available to help get you started. Still not sure if DashThis is a good fit? Not a problem, our Sales Team is there to help if you have any specific questions or topics that you would like to discuss. 


Q. What type of plans do you offer?

A. We have several dashboard plans available! Once you’ve decided on how many you require, you can choose your preferred subscription payment between month-to-month or annual. If you'd like to prepay your plan for a year, we do offer loyalty discounts. For Professional plans or more, you will have access to white label options. 

Q. Do you have in-between plans?
A. We understand that not every business requires the exact number of dashboards that are offered in our plans so, we can work together to offer you something in-between. Just reach out and we will get back to you on pricing. Remember, you can save $$$ by switching to an annual plan! Who doesn't love to save some money? 🤑


Q. What happens if I switch to a new plan? 
A. We will credit you the remaining amount of days from your current billing cycle, then we will charge you the balance remaining for the new plan. This can be done at any time, even if you prepaid for a year. This gives you the flexibility to scale up at your own pace.


Q. Which plan is the right one for me?
A. All depends on what your business needs are but if you have a few clients then you should think about creating a dashboard per client - it can be for a specific report (ex: social media) or you can create a multi-channel performance report (available in our templates). If you're creating reports for your own internal use, think about creating a dashboard for a specific period or for a specific performance report (ex: SEO, Website traffic, Social Media, etc.). You can also visit our pricing page and use our dashboard calculator tool at the bottom or contact our Sales Team at any time.


Q. What is the smallest plan available?
A. Our smallest plan is the Individual 3 plan. It includes up to 3 dashboards and 15 data sources, making it a great option for individuals or small teams who need essential reporting features.


Q. Can I try DashThis for free before making a decision? 
A. We wouldn't have it any other way! Not only do we offer our users a free trial but our free trial is not like your standard 14-day, we commit to offering you 14 days so you can benefit from an extra free day! Our trial offers all the same features as a paying account, except for the White Label options which are available once you subscribe to a Professional plan or higher.


Q. How can I subscribe?
A. Visit our main page dashthis.com and click on the ''TRY IT FREE'' button at the top right-hand corner. If you are already enrolled in a free trial, click on your account settings at the top right-hand corner of your account > select plan and billing > subscribe to a plan that works best for you!


Q. What currencies are your prices in?
A. All subscription prices are shown in USD.


Q. Which languages and currencies are supported in your dashboards?
A.  When you create a dashboard, you can choose up to 27 languages and 79 currencies in the language and currency drop-down menu.


Q. Do you charge per data source?
A. With our new pricing model, plans include a set number of data sources. You don’t pay a separate fee for each source — you just need to stay within the number of sources allowed in your plan. Only sources actively connected to at least one dashboard count toward your limit. If you need more sources, you can upgrade to a plan that includes a higher source limit.


Q. What type of support do you provide?
A. We offer everybody email support and for Business plans or more, you can benefit from 1-1 training and video conference support.


Q. What payment types are accepted?
A. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. 



Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. You can easily save 15% on your subscription by switching from monthly to annual. Take a look for yourself at just how much you can save DashThis Pricing.


Q. Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?
A. Absolutely! DashThis is proud to support organizations that do great things! And that's why we offer a 30% discount off our regular prices for nonprofit organizations.  This will also be applicable on top of an already discounted annual plan. Contact our Sales Team to hook you up 🤟


Q. What happens with my data after my trial?
A. If your Free Trial has ended and you chose not to subscribe to DashThis, we will preserve your account data for an undetermined period.
