YouTube notes/limitations

 

  • Youtube's API can take up to 2 days to send your data to DashThis. This means that if you are looking at your live data, DashThis may have 2 days of data missing compared to your Youtube account.
  • Watch-time metrics take longer to settle than the rest. YouTube keeps adjusting Estimated Minutes Watched and Watch Time (hours) for a few days after a period ends, so DashThis keeps refreshing them for 5 days. Expect these two metrics to move slightly before they lock in, even for a period that has already closed.
