YouTube notes/limitations
- If you are having trouble seeing the number of subscribers in your DashThis account, it may be due to a setting in your YouTube settings.
Under the Advanced Settings of your YouTube Creator Studio, check the “Display the number of people subscribed to my channel” box to make it work.
- Youtube's API can take up to 2 days to send your data to DashThis. This means that if you are looking at your live data, DashThis may have 2 days of data missing compared to your Youtube account.
