YouTube notes/limitations

  • Youtube's API can take up to 2 days to send your data to DashThis. This means that if you are looking at your live data, DashThis may have 2 days of data missing compared to your Youtube account.
  • YouTube keeps adjusting your numbers for a few days after a period ends, as late views, likes, comments and watch time come in. DashThis keeps refreshing every YouTube metric for 5 days after a period ends, so expect your numbers to move slightly before they lock in, even for a period that has already closed.
