Both locations show your used sources compared to the number of sources included in your plan.   ### **1- In the Integrations section** Go to [**Integrations**](https://dashthis.com/app/admin/Authorizations/Edit) in your account. At the top right of the page, you’ll see a counter showing: - **Used sources / Total sources available** ![](https://help.dashthis.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-28-2026-07-58-05-6295-PM.png?width=670&height=215&name=image-png-Jan-28-2026-07-58-05-6295-PM.png)     ### **2- In the Plan & Billing section** Go to [**Plan & Billing**](https://dashthis.com/app/admin/Account/PlanAndBillingSummary) in your account. Under your current plan details, you’ll see: - The number of **dashboards used** - The number of **sources used** **![](https://help.dashthis.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-28-2026-08-05-48-3777-PM.png?width=564&height=444&name=image-png-Jan-28-2026-08-05-48-3777-PM.png)**   You can always monitor your source usage from your account, either in **Integrations** or **Plan & Billing**.
