# Reasons for Declined Payments

## At DashThis, we are dedicated to providing seamless service to our users. However, there may be occasions when a payment is declined. This article aims to help you understand the common reasons for payment declines and how to resolve them.

### **Common Reasons for Declined Payments**

 

- **Insufficient Funds**

One of the most common reasons for a declined payment is insufficient funds on your credit card. Please always make sure that you have enough balance to cover the transaction.

 

- **Expired Card**

If you are using a credit card, make sure that it has not expired. Payments made with expired cards will be automatically declined.

 

- **Incorrect Card Information**

Double-check that you've entered the correct card details, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. Even a small error can lead to a declined payment. Also, make sure it's a valid card.

 

- **Bank or Card Issuer Restrictions**

Some banks have restrictions that may block certain transactions, especially if they believe the transaction is suspicious. In such cases, you may need to contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.

 

- **Accepted Card Types**

Be sure you are using a credit card. Only AMEX, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards are accepted. Debit-credit cards are **not** authorized.

 

- **International Transaction**

If you do not frequently use this card with other online service providers, you may need to contact your bank to authorize this international transaction.

 

- **Too Many Failed Attempts**

If you have tried too many times to enter your card details incorrectly, the system may block your card for 24 hours. In this situation, please contact our support team for assistance.
