Payment System Upgrade: What Do You Need to Know?

In order to better serve you, your DashThis team has transitioned to a new billing system, powered by Stripe®. To keep you in the loop, here are answers to some questions you might have. 🤔


Q. How can I recognize an invoice generated by the new system?

A. You'll notice that instead of an invoice with only numbers, there will be an "S-" prefix before the new invoice number.

Q. Why the "S"?

A. It refers to our new system powered by Stripe®.

Q. How can I view invoices generated by the new system?

A. You'll simply need to click on "View" and a PDF with all the details will automatically download. Invoices will still be available in the same place, in the INVOICES section of your account.


Q. Will my old invoices still be available after the migration?

A. Yes, they will be, but in the old format. We will keep all invoices in your account from the beginning of your subscription. This won't change our current practice.


Q. Is this new system secure?

Q. Why change systems?

A. Our current system had its limitations and was reaching end-of-life. Therefore, to continue serving you better, a technology change was required. We chose Stripe's solution for its simplicity, security, and scalable model.


Q. Will the invoice format change?


A. Yes, absolutely! The new invoice will be more detailed, and you'll be able to see several pieces of information that weren't displayed in the old model. You'll get the full picture with clearer information - it's a win-win! 🙏

Q. Will this generate additional costs? 

A. Not at all! This doesn't change the price of your DashThis subscription in any way.


Q. Will there be other payment methods available with this new system?

A. For the moment, there won't be any changes. However, migrating to this platform will allow us to explore other options in the future! Stay tuned!
