You can view up to 13 months of historical data in your dashboard, no matter the time scope you selected when creating it (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
To access previous periods, use the drop-down menu at the top of your dashboard.
If you need data beyond 13 months on a fixed dashboard, please contact our support team directly, and a specialist will review what can be done. 💪
As a workaround, you can enable the Flexible Period option to select more specific date ranges.
