How to create a dashboard with KeyMetric

KeyMetric is well-known for mobile analytics and call tracking. This integration allows you to track all your online and offline channels simultaneously in order to better understand where your phone traffic is originating from.

    1- Integrate KeyMetric to DashThis

     

    • Permissions: No permissions are required to connect KeyMetric to DashThis.

     

    Part 1 - Add KeyMetric Account:



    Step 1 - In the integration manager page, scroll down the list of available integrations and click ADD + beside KeyMetric

    Step 2 - A pop-up will appear to the right to connect to your KeyMetric username and password.




    Step 3 - Click Add



    Part 2 - Add KeyMetric Source.s:


    Step 1
    - In the integration manager, find KeyMetric in the list of connected integrations to the right. Click on the pencil icon next to your account name.


    Strep 2 - A pop-up will appear to the right: Give your source a name and add the Provider Key.

      a) Give your source a name: It can be anything you want. This name will be how your client will be designated in our tool.

      b) Provider Key: To find your account ID for calltracking.keymetric.net please go to Administration  ->  Website Property Admin  ->  Website Property Settings  ->  "Website Property ID"

      Step 3 -
      Click add and then cancel to exit the pop-up (don't worry the information you entered will be saved)

       

      2 – List of metrics and dimensions

       

      Metric Name Description
      Average Call Duration The average duration of each call received. It is calculated by dividing the total call duration by the number of calls.
      Number of Calls The total number of calls.

       

      Dimension Name Description
      Ad Group The name of your Ad Group
      Campaign The name of your Campaign
      Sales Disposition The title of your Sales Disposition
      Call Status Calls by status (answered, not answered, etc.) The results are always in order of the number of calls received
      Call Source Calls by source (prospects, troubleshooting, asking for a refund, etc.) The results are always in order of the number of calls received.
