How to create a dashboard with Formstack

Formstack is an online form builder with a complete set of analytics tools to help you track your form's performance.

Integrate Formstack into DashThis

Permissions: To successfully connect Formstack to DashThis, you need to have an Account Admin role. Should you need more information about users and permissions, please go to Formstack's help center.

Step 1 - Go to DashThis and click on the integrations page

Step 2 - Scroll down the list of available integrations and click on ADD + beside Formstack

Step 3 - A pop-up will appear for you to log into your Formstack account. Once logged in, grant DashThis access to your data (Don't worry, we only need this so we can pull data into your dashboards 😄)
