Can you add multiple Google Business Profile listings in one widget?

If you manage a business with several locations, you can compare how each one performs in a single widget.

Yes. Select several listings as data sources when you create a List Widget. Before you start, make sure your Google Business Profile account is connected to DashThis.

How to add multiple listings in one widget

In your DashThis dashboard:

  1. Go to Custom Widgets (top left corner).

  2. Select List Widget.

  3. Select your Google Business Profile integration.

  4. Select the listings you want to compare.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Select the metric you want to track (website clicks, phone calls, post views, review count, ratings, etc.).

  7. Select a Location dimension (location address, location name, etc.).

  8. Click Create widget.

 

Now you can track and compare all your Google Business Profile location listings in one widget!

To change how the widget looks, hover over it and click Edit widget.

What if one listing shows an error?

When a widget combines several listings, one listing that DashThis can no longer access is enough to put the whole widget in error. Here is how to find it and fix it.

  1. Click See more details in the widget to open the Errors Panel.

  2. Open the Google Business Profile error. It shows the listing that fails and the Google account it is connected with, along with the error message (for example, “The caller does not have permission”).

  3. Check in Google Business Profile that this listing still exists and that the same Google account still has access to it.

If the listing still exists, restore the access in Google Business Profile if needed, then click Reconnect in the error.

If the listing no longer exists, or was recreated in Google Business Profile, remove the old source from your dashboard. Go to Dashboard Options, then Manage Data Sources, click the X next to the listing and click Save. Your widget will then show your other listings again.

⚠️ Important: Removing a source also deletes the widgets that use only this listing, and that cannot be undone. To keep tracking a recreated listing, see How to change data sources in my dashboard.
